Early Childhood Leadership Building Program

The Early Childhood Leadership Institute (ECLI) is a program within Rowan University College of Education’s Center for Access, Success, and Equity. ECLI supports early childhood education professionals and leaders in building national and in-state capacity through continuous quality improvement initiatives.

This project supports an Early Childhood Leadership Building Program, which aims to increase leadership capacity across New Jersey’s early childhood field. Through a series of meetings and attendance at a national “leadership connections” conference at The McCormick Center for Early Childhood Leadership, project participants learn about and discuss leadership strategies and techniques for building networking capacity across early childhood systems in New Jersey.
